FLY-Bound is a low-impact, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class that utilizes a rebounder (mini trampoline). Rebounding is a multi-dimensional workout that requires and uses more muscle energy than any other cardio workout! It's twice as effective at improving your aerobic fitness [a.k.a. the strength of your heart & lungs] and burns 50% more fat than running!* . It improves coordination, balance, and core strength. Plus, it's easy on your joints yet uses and tones over 600 muscles with every jump. You'll get a head-to-toe workout in this incredibly effective (and fun) workout as we add in strength building barre and band work throughout. Note: the movement is directed "down" rather than "up" so safe for weak bladders! ;)

FLY-Barre is an extreme fitness method founded on the technique of dance, the mind body aspect of yoga, and the precision and core integration of Pilates. All barre classes are not create equal! Firefly instructors are trained by BarreAmped which focuses on a neutral spine. This class produces lengthening and chiseling results fast using small isolated holds with tiny movements and tremendous mental connection. Expect an extreme challenge and prepare to leave feeling calmly energized with this hands on training session.
